CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
- Koestler (KEST-LER) is an NCR agent on an investigation in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.
- Not much is known about Koestler. He works for an “unnamed agency” within the NCR, likely something similar to Internal Affairs. He’s conducting an investigation on an NCR Ranger named Beaumont who’s in command of Ranger Station Charlie. His objective is to evaluate Beaumont's effectiveness as a leader after recent events.
- Koestler is a mysterious figure. He does not mince words and doesn't do small-talk. He's only there to complete his assignment for his government.
- He's 25-45 years old.
- North American accent. No other exceptions.
- His voice should be similar to his original voice acting, just in higher quality. Original voice actor had a very deep and mellifluous voice. There are also some signatures of the original VA. You’re free to experiment; know that the voice must be similar to either the original VA.

There are a lot of questions surrounding the Legion attack here, and my superiors are concerned about Beaumont's ability to command.

Some members of the brass want to scapegoat Beaumont for what happened, while others want to take a hard look at him first, see if it's justified.

As an outsider, you're a bit more objective than the Rangers or other troops. I'd like for you to check in with me after the mission is finished.

I want the facts as well as your own evaluation. Is he a capable leader? Does he seem mentally stable? Is he following Command's instructions?
