CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
- Jacob Cobb is a Powder Ganger in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.
- Not much is known about Jacob Cobb, other than that he is a member of the Powder Gangers and brother of Joe Cobb. If the player kills Joe Cobb, they will be encountered by Jacob who has come to avenge his brother's death.
- Jacob Cobb is driven by revenge and hate by the time he encounters the player. However, he can be convinced to let go of the pain that is eating him inside and move on.
- He's 25-35 years old.
- North American or African American accent accent. No other exceptions.
