Benders & Brews: An Avatar Legends Podcast Prequel Episodes Part 1
Hitoshura for Wang Long
Wang Long is a Fire Nation General put in charge of maintaining one of the growing number of Fire Nation prison camps the Fire Nation has set up for captured Earth Benders. His job is to keep things ship-shape and up to code as well as, of course, keeping the prisoners in-line. He does this by being rough and oftentimes violent with the prisoners and that is why he is the primary villain for this section of the story we're telling in our show.
I'm looking for a very "masculine" voice that can be intense and portray order and anger well. Feel free to put your own spin on it! I can't wait to hear what you all come up with!
Additionally, there is a VERY good chance this character will come up again in the future, so ideally it would be great that whoever receives this role is someone that will be willing to record a handful more lines in the future for the show. Please let me know in your audition notes/comments if you are willing to do this.
We have a Discord channel where we submit and discuss our voice acting parts within. So any who want to submit lines, it would be ideal that you have a Discord we can connect through. Requirements Prior to Applying for Voice Roles
- Must have a good-quality microphone and be able to record your lines without any background noise or fuzzy audio.
- Must be 16+ years of age in order to apply for the roles. We currently are not any form of NSFW or adult content podcast, but in case an adult theme or language comes up (unlikely as it is) we want to be covered on that beforehand.
- Must have a Discord or Google Account as we will be using either for line uploads.
