CJ is a slick merchant that the player is tracking down because he double-crossed Sister Luna. He is a big bag of excuses on why he doesn't have the money or the products. His excuses are often made up mid-sentence and really bad.
Scuzz is an aggrieved Raider Boss. He is scared and angry at the situation he has been forced into.
Bob is a settler who has reported someone he knows as a synth. He takes no joy in this, but believes it needs to be done.
Both Scuzz and Bob's roles are too small to warrant a separate listing for each.
