Mrs. Ankleberry, Age 45

Mrs. Ankleberry is a kind woman with a nine-year-old son named Ian. She welcomes each tenant with open arms and loves to bake sweets for them. She also gossips about what is happening in the building a lot, but she doesn't mean any harm by it.

I originally imagined Mrs. Ankleberry with a Southern American accent, but any other accent will work for the character!

  • (Gossip) "Did you hear about what happened to Angela on the sixth floor? that poor girl fractured her ankle after running down the stairs because she was late for work."
