If The World Ends - Animated, two Minute, college short film

Michael at the beginning of the film is pretty hopeless and depressed after his break up. He feels that what he wants to say to Brenna doesn't matter since he knows he can't repair their relationship. At the worlds end however, Michaels fear of not expressing how he feels, gets the best of him and he decides to act with the little time he has.
In the first line of dialogue, Michael should sound pretty depressed, hopeless, and defeated, as he feels there is nothing he can do to change the situation at hand.
The second line is where Michaels anxiety starts to take over. He should start off still somewhat quiet and hopeless, but the thought of his last moment with Brenna being an argument, along with the fact that he never said how he really felt, breaks him into tears and panic, as he knows at this point, there’s not much time left.
The last line is the confession of love and care that he still holds for Brenna even if things don’t change. He should sound as if he just stopped crying, and is holding it together to be as sincere as possible.
In all the years I've been alive, I never once thought that it would end like this. It sounds pretty naive thinking about it now, that somehow it would last forever and that we'd be fine. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter when, where, or even why it ended, just that it ended. So my situation isn't special
But if only I knew what would become of our world, if only I knew that it would be the last moment I shared with her. There was still so much I wanted to do, and so much I still had to say to her, so much that I can't even comprehend what I would say to her. What would I say to her if the world ended?
I just want you to know that I still love, and care about you, and that even if we can't make it work, I will still be there to support you as a friend, If you ever need it.
