Former member and a traitor to the Sorcerer Wielders, he killed Kina by decieving her and tricking her to fall in love with him. Tulian is a skilled liar and deciever with his artifact, the Golden Tounge, which makes all his words believable and deadly, he can control people just by telling them to do something and forces his enemies against their will, depending on how strong their willpower is, if their willpower is strong, his artifact is useless, he can control where objects move just by saying where the object goes. Every lie he speaks is considered the truth to people unless they know he is a liar, his first lie is always believed, but if people know his tricks, his lies are useless.
He does have a secret, a secret that no one knows about which is the truth, but everyone considers it a lie.
He needs a mid high toned voice, or just mid-toned, you choose. He is very charismatic and cocky.
(flashback) Kina, I never loved you, I did this all for the artifacts! I could care less for this kingdom, no, this world's benefits! I am just someone looking for more power, with these artifacts, I can surpass God! And now, I'll take yours!

This audition is amazing, you seriously have the voice that I was expecting for Tulian, and that's pretty sweet. I'm going to let this role be open until the 20th to give other auditioners a chance, if I get no one better, you're in.
I agree, your audition is the best voice I could/can imagine for this character. And, at least in my opinion, my imagination is pretty good. :)
