William Is a corrupt Government Official that Led the Trinity Foundation back in the 1940's to 1950's, he is very obsessed with the research of the Spirit Gems becoming more detached from reality as he starts dreaming of the world he could build with it and doesn't see that he is in delusion. (NOTE: I would take Inspiration from Willem Dafoe's green goblin and or Mark Hamill's Joker, maybe add a little Frank Sinatra. I know, its a weird combination)

  • The gem, hand it over and you won't get hurt! Don't make this harder for yourself kid, just give it to me! (intimidating)
