Nikori is the younger sister of Miu Iruma, a character previously seen in the Danganronpa series. 

She, just like her sister, is known to be quite outgoing and straightforward in conversations, and will not mince her words either. 

Though she has quite the way of talking, she always believes in the good in people, making the first death in the killing game the more shocking for her. 

In the game, she takes the lead in the group, trying to provide safety and comfort for the others at her best, even if it would mean risking her own.
