Billy is a 48-year-old investigator who is part of the official Simmons County Police Department alongside his brother, Louie Davis, and old time college, Jeremy Woodson.

His voice is deep, a bit raspy and serious alot of the time. Billy also sounds very annoyed at times, especially when talking to his brother Louie. He also has a New York accent aswell.
