Sister Luna is wife to Sergeant McGilly. She is not a member of the Department but a civilian staffer. She owns and operates the 'The Cove' - a shop in Right Field the specializes in hard-to-find collectibles, personalized engravings, clothing, and armor. She is a shrewd business person and jealously guards her reputation as the hardest negotiator in Boston.

Luna grew up in Far Harbor, the only child of a single father who worked at the Eagle's Cove tannery. He taught Luna everything he knew, which was a significant amount, about clothing and armor to ensure she'd have the skills to forge her own way in life. He was tragically killed by a Fog Crawler when she was only a tweener, leaving her to fend for herself at a much younger age than either had anticipated. Luna found refuge as a member of the Children of Atom. She never bought into their beliefs, but lip service and her armor skills got her three hot meals a day and protection.  A chance meeting with Sergeant McGilly in the woods led to a romantic relationship which led to Luna becoming pregnant. They fled Far Harbor together and headed south with a VERY pregnant Sister Luna. The rest of their story comes to light during game play.
