Sounds Like: I don’t have a particular frame of reference, but the best way I can describe Kuro is calm and collected. He is a baritone in sound.
Background: Kuro is Rubia (the big bad)'s right-hand man who can transform into a crow. He appears to be emotionless and cool. He is in charge of keeping the Elite Senshi as his prisoners

(He can hear the prisoners beating up the guard holding them hostage. Kuro enters the scene angry and confused) “What's going on here?”
(He notices the heroes are on to him as he makes his escape) "Oh no, this isn't good."
(His mission was to not kill the hostages and Kuro is embarrassed in front of his superior) "Yeah about that…I may of dropped on of the senshi in an ocean….and nailed another onto the cross. For all we know they could be dead now.”
