Touma is cold, calculating, and kind of a bore when it comes to making conversation. They're one of the new antagonists, and they're...honestly pretty deadpan. Their tone is almost always stoic and emotionless.

I don't mind whether Touma's voice is masculine or feminine, but their voice isn't super high pitched!
