Mad as a Hatter they say? Well...not all Hatters are mad. Chie is not unhinged, but she can be a bit cooky. Through her mannerisms, or her antics, or how she dresses. She is a professional, she will remind you of that. Running a hat shop connected with her best friends boutique, she is more than welcome to share her....admittedly limited wisdom with the world. Means the best, but has a bit of an issue getting her point across without it being at least a little confusing. Makes for a good riddle honestly.
