Arch-Deacon (I just made that up) Anderson is the head of a Children of Atom sect that occupies a new Vault in this story. Although they had their rules and hallowed grounds, the church was known for NOT harming unbelievers and their willingness to trade with them. When the player encounters Anderson, he is the victim of an unspeakable atrocity, and believes the player has been sent by Atom to deliver him from his torment.
The Arch-Deacon is an old man, but as a religious leader, has a flair for hyperbole, theatrics, descriptive language, convenient conclusions, and is eager to glad-hand. He will have a memorable voice and the ability to make an inconvenience sound like a mass murder through his mastery of rhetoric and public speaking.
Those interlopers... Those butchers! No... Atom saves his most terrible punishment for those who would desecrate our holy grounds!
Atom will rise up from the eye of division and smite them into the hazmat pit of oblivion! They will die a million half lives of decay!
They will never see the light of division! They will be condemned to the unholy cold of inert matter, forsake-(interrupted mid-rant)
