Like the other Lieutenants, Lieutenant Spears is a life-long comrade of The Sheriff. They were born and raised into the Brotherhood of Steel together. They trained and graduated the academy together, and they went AWOL together.
Lieutenant Spears is a gear-head through and through. He heads of the mechanized (Power Armor) division of the Sheriff's Department. He is good at his job and loves nothing more than talking about Power Armor with like-minded people. He is very gregarious and quick to smile - a result of being lucky enough to do what he loves for a living. He accompanies the player on two critical quests during the story.
I'm looking for a middle aged male, preferable African American, with a strong but jovial/gentle presence to their voice, like a young Santa Claus. Lieutenant Spears is inspired by Apone from Aliens.
Beat on it, dip it in glue, store in wet salt for a year - the T-53 don't care. You just slap a fusion core in and they'll still work fine.
