The President was duped into accepting an offer to allow an alien invasion, in exchange for more power over the world. Unfortunately, that will never come to be for him.
The voice for the President should be able to present a clear, powerful tone, befitting that of a world leader.

Damn it, Duke... if you had just waited for a day at the *very least*, this could have all gone down differently. We could've become a powerhouse if the peace negotiations worked out and we allied with an alien race! If I have to have you killed to please them, so be it.

Duke, you kick ass. That is exactly the problem with you. You shoot first and ask questions later. What if we could have worked out something with the alien race, whatever they were? We sure as shit can't now, because you've killed them.
