Black Gabumon was originally a soldier for the Black CODEs tasked with hunting and taking out Digimon. However, he met a Digimon he befriended and couldn't do it. Because of this, the Black CODEs ordered his deletion... And he was caught and caged for it. After breaking out, he finds Akira and, to atone for all he's done, becomes her partner.
[Snarky and sarcastic, too bothered and annoyed]
