Kayn is arrogant and hot-tempered, however, he does have the skills to back up his words. He is young which is partially why he feels he has so much to prove. He has a medium-high range voice and while I would like you to try to emulate the original as best as you can I would like to hear your own take on the voice and give some life to the character. We shoulda taken althon's spear, we could've sold it. (zed replies we aren't thieves.) The operation at Ghajan temple goes well, but its costly. If you don't want to beg our patron- (Kayne get interrupted by a village girl.) (Kayn is trying to reason with zed his master explaining that their attacks while successful cost a great deal yet they make little to nothing, try to show a bit of arrogance and frustration while still holding some understanding and reason.)
A spirit touched scalpel. The grip's gotta mark on it... The mark of the kinkou. (pronounced Kin-Ko) Why does it glow now? (Zed receives an invitation from his past, this is Kayn being inquisitive about the strange gift they had received and why the knife would still glow.)
A Dignified end isn't what our contacts wanted for him, master. We're supposed to leave his body on the road. (Kayn shows his own misunderstanding of his master and why he would try to give the man they plan to kill an honorable death.)
