In this AU, the hat is starting to lose power over Hatty during the time period of the comic. Therefore, Hatty should act more like his good old eccentric self, so be sure to make him sound excitable while also sounding somewhat sophisticated as well. Also, Hatty's voice DOES NOT COINCIDE WITH STAMPER'S VOICE within this AU! Just thought I'd throw that out there to avoid confusion.
