Green Goblin, not the same goblin in the normal Spider-man stuff. No, this is one is a mutant beast. Norman Osborn attempted to make his own super soldier serum called the OZ compound. Although it is not completely what he expected. He turned him self into a goblin like creature, a very brute one in that matter. 

The same OZ compound was injected into an arachnid creature, which then escaped and proceeded to bite Peter Parker, which turned him into Spider-Man couple days after incident. This is the voice ONLY, this is not the voice of Norman Osborn.
