She's a high-ranking member of Team YouTube, an evil organization constantly seeking to destroy Annoverse. She constantly talks in an exaggerated German accent and finds great joy in subjugating others. She also has very little patience for anyone who so much as inconveniences her (or accidentally calls her Von Jinkies).
