Veteran military commander.  Often very stern and has little tolerance for shenanigans.  He leads another anti-gundam taskforce and has been the closest to capturing one of the gundams.  He is one of the key players from the HRL.

  • Sergei is getting a new recruit who is an artificial super soldier.  He doesn’t agree with this and shows concern about the concept.


    Sergei:  Do I have to worry about their mental state?  I have heard about the… stability of these super soldiers.

  • In this scene Sergei is arguing with a scientist.  This is in the middle of a very heated argument.  


    Sergei:  I am starting to question this!  Why do you think that is an EGG?!
