Tikal is an anthropomorphic echidna spirit and the daughter of Chief Pachacamac of the Knuckles Clan. She attempts to save her power-hungry clan from their own greed, but they end up ignoring her pleas and it leads to the clan's extinction.
I'm looking for a young self-righteous voice. Someone with a fiery spirit. Someone that can sound soothing but is also capable of expressing greater range when things get serious. This character is often depicted as some manner of Goddess or otherwordly being so she's meant to sound strong. Be sure to pack some authority behind your voice. Speak from the chest basically.
As far as tone/delivery references go, I enjoy her voice actress from Sonic X: Reference
Another route that would work is something more grounded & adult-like; Reference 1 Reference 2
Tikal: The servers are the 7 Chaos. Chaos is power... Power enriched by the heart. The controller is the one that unifies the Chaos. (This is a prayer she says in Sonic Adventure. Try one take slow and calm and another faster and worried.)
Tikal: I must do something! (For the first take try to sound worried and in distress, for another attempt go for a more fierce emotion.)
Tikal: The fighting is over. (First take calm, second more aggressive take, emphasizing the word "Fighting" and "Over")
Tikal: One with the Mater Emerald. (This is probably going to be her victory screen quote. Do one take calm, another dramatic. Sound confident.)
Tikal: I'll put an end to this! Heaven's Justice! (Dramatic)
Tikal: My heart has always been inside the Master Emerald, along with Chaos'. Now he's filled with anger and sadness. And If it goes on, he'll eventually destroy the world, as he did before!
