Growing up poor in the Psiber district of Genocity, Dakota always dreamed of fighting on a team for the good of the galaxy. He is determined, brave, bold, bright-eyed, and smart. His main niche is tech. Tinkering, building, and creating things that he thinks are cool and could serve a purpose. When the OuterHeart drug is put out to the masses of Genocity, his older brother and his friends binge on it. While under it's influence, they play a prank on him that results in his face and neck being disfigured with burns. Although he thinks they're cool looking, he hides his face with a gas mask.
