Maximum Ride: Abnormal Audiobook

Jeb is the person who 'rescued' the flock from the lab but it then appears that he turned on them. (It's a whole thing). He tries constantly to play the fatherly role to the flock. Ari is his son. This character has emotional range so I might edit one of the line just for the purpose of range since I can't seem to find the exact line that I'm looking for at the moment (after all there are 11 books). I imagine him with a deeper older voice not so much like he is elderly but maybe around 50's (late 50's) or at least that he sounds older. There is no age that is listed for this character.
*Distressed* You killed him! You killed your brother!
*Gushing with pride* Max. I have to tell you- I'm so proud of you, I just can't believe how well you've done. No, I can believe it- I knew you could do it. But seeing you so healthy, so powerful, such a good leader, well, it just makes me so proud.
*Dark* Maximum Ride, oh, I've missed you so much (Not how it actually reads in the book but trying to see range).
This is a good audition I think you voice is pretty well suited for this character. But the only thing I have to say is you sound a little too dramatic for what I picture coming from this character. The last line I think was perfect the way you did It but would you mind submitting another audition with the lines just a tiny bit more toned down?
