Rosie-chan is the arrogant, sociopathic president of the Kawaii Magical Neko Gal Club. The only thing she really cares about is herself and ruining the other girl's lives. Her voice is very high pitched and similar to most "kawaii" anime girls, but her voice gets deep when she's ready to shank a bitch. She also throws in random Japanese words into her sentences with no rhyme or reason.

i had to do some editing for the deep voice parts but i feel like it probably works with the feel of the fanime?? idk i couldnt really do a deep voice so i had to improvise i guess
