Lampwick for Wei-Ming Yu
An important character. He is the best friend of Ryoma Kiragawa and one of the few friends of his that survived until 2016 (when Sekomi's events take place). He has a criminal past which he has long since put behind him. He escaped the life with the help of Ryoma Kiragawa and has not been in contact with him since 1997, though he still remembers him very fondly. He was knocked around a bunch, often being the subject of ridicule due to his inexperience and age at the time. Years later, he runs a karate school in Saikimicho, helping the local youth as much as he possibly can.
Wei is a kind soul and cares a lot for the people around him, even those he does not know very well. He's most comfortable in his tiny bubble, hesitant to take big risks and is generally very cautious. He isn't very tough or resilient but even then, he is willing to help those in need even if he fails at doing so. Wei is also a huge Sci-Fi nerd, having several posters and pieces of merchandise from his favourite movies.

Y'know, i always talked to him about how i wanted to start a karate school. Teach the little ones how to defend themselves from people like us, help them avoid the path we took . . .
