Cedonia had an average, noble life growing up. She especially enjoyed spending time with the creatures of flight and used to play songs with her birdpipe to keep them occupied whilst they kept their eggs warm. At the age of 19, whilst running in the fields with a young creature of flight, among the tall grass, she stumbled upon the rune her ancestor used to assist in ending the war. She felt drawn to it and, just like her ancestor, traced along the lines. Thinking nothing of it she returned home. Little did she know that the rune had re-awakened the magic in her blood until one day, in a fuss she had injured her younger sister unwillingly using the spell "catapult". Her parents having seen this, expelled her from nobility and their family to ensure this would not cause outrage, ruining the peace.

Cedonia is peaceful, quiet, and well spoken, when stressed or fighting is very calm and level-headed. I am looking for a general English accent for her but open to your interpretation.
