Celeste Starlight for Sei Asagiri
Sei is an extremely compassionate and kind individual, who is always seen to greet strangers kindly and very rarely complains. However, she is rather absent minded and carefree, leaving her helmet at VA-11 Hall-A the first time she visits it. Despite her bravery, however, she is not impervious to fear.
Jill: You must've seen some shocking sights.
Sei (excited): Yeah! This one time, when I was saving some people from the top of a collapsing building... I looked down and was blown away by how pretty the city was! It was like a starry sky on earth! Oh! And there was this time we were cleaning up the aftermath of a car crash. Water was pouring out of a hydrant.
B-B-Because I'm afraid! I'm terrified! I'm scared! My colonel was using me when I made that errand, he saw me as a disposable pawn!
(Sei is badly injured and Jill tries to offer free drinks to her)
Sei: Jill, please. I wanna pay for my drinks.
Jill: I take it I won't be able to change your mind.
Sei: Nope. I mean yes. I mean... You won't be able to change my mind.
