Describe to be an incoherent colleague towards his job. he's well... calm in certain situations and handles well but sometimes he has a tendency to be mad at mainly to a drama or things-that-get-out-of-hand kind off getaway. He's focused logically but he can get overboard with words, not regretting any word he says. He will try to apologize but straining his trust for forgiveness isn't valuable but rather a "promise".
