Sal is Charlie's closest friend and they became friends right after the disappearance of the human race, (3 months). 

He is a pessimistic contrast to Charlie's positive outlook but he usually does end up going along with whatever plan Charlie has on a given day, reluctantly

  • *tired, pointing out the truth * *sigh* Charlie, you’ve been saying that for the past, 91 days. Not only has she NOT come back, but neither has any other human creature in this dumb town. A dumb town we’re trapped in might I add. 

  • * Reluctant*  er, I dunno Charlie. Bane never really seemed too upset when people disappeared, pretty happy actually. Plus, the map’s probably fake anyway 

  • * Trying to calm his friend down* Cmon Charlie let's just go.
