It sounds like you're very close to the mic, it adds to the 'puh' and gives an odd bass overtone. If you're compensating for the mic making its own noise, then step off the mic a bit, speak more naturally, run your noise reduction in audacity, and then use either the 'compressor' or the 'leveler' to bring your voice up. You can also try 'normalize' or at last resort, 'amplify' to bring your volume back up after you have removed the unwanted mic noise.
