Character:
Dreary is a cold, clever young tom whom often hides his emotions, for the best of those around him. He tends to spend lots of time alone.

Voice:
His voice should be almost monotone sounding, melancholic. You must be able to show this character growing up trough his voice, meaning that I will request of you to record a couple takes, in which you showcase a younger, and a more mature voice!
