After the death of Roman Sionis, Jeremiah Arkham has taken up the Black Mask mantle. Hoping to get a tight grip on the Rogues' Gallery villains, he blew up Arkham Asylum, freeing most of its inmates. Since this is Black Mask, I would say go for something Low-range voice, or Medium-Low voice.

  • Your freedom, dear friends...comes courtesy of the Black Mask.

  • Each of you was given a chemical implant with your sedatives during your recent stay at Blackgate. The implant is radio-activated...and, well, you've seen it triggers. Death.
