Any voice will do. If possible, just make him stutter.

Wait, wait wait wait.. You DO have an upper voice register? What the crap, for Surrender it sounded like you were comfortably settling as high as you could get your voice to go and still act naturally. I am more impressed in your range than the audition, although it was great.

Ha ha ha. ;D Thank you for all the complements! I do try, And I am very impressed with your auditions and range as well! I have been listening to several of them. With Surrender I was mostly aiming for that gentle/shy sound, but with Ticci the higher register just felt right for the stuttering portion of his character.

You get into character so well that you can even come up with 3 or 4 different ways to do a character. Sometimes I'm exhausted and just throw whatever sounds good/comes easy to me and move on. I should probably try harder, huh? Thanks for listening to me, blush worthy! What is the appeal to listen to the female roles?

Oh, I have my moments when I just can't muster up the energy to throw myself wholly into a role, it's something I too struggle with from time to time. I listen to the female and male roles, because I feel voice acting is a learning process, so I check out everyone, maybe a certain voice actor or actress will do something I've not heard before and I think to myself, "Ooooh, THAT was interesting and different. I'm going to add that little trick to my own skill set." Every VA I work with or compete against teaches me a little something about the craft. ^.^ Plus...I do love the female voice.
