Buzz is a feisty, witty pikachu. A member of a big city rescue team, he likes doing things his own way and has no issue voicing his thoughts, whatever they may be. He has strict boundaries, but generally likes being around others in general.
We're looking for an "angsty teen" kind of voice, preferably on the higher end (as Pikahcu is a smaller type of pokemon).

I’m a rescue team officer, not some lame tour guide! What am I supposed to do, walk around town explaining things I’ve known for years?
I could be chasing down a criminal right now, and instead I’m stuck in this library for hours!
