Devon is extremely lonely and doesn't feel loved by anyone. He's also extremely jealous of Kelsey for being able to make friends so easily, including his crush, Heather. Devon also can be a weird or a psychopath sometimes, he writes a story about twins being eaten by a theatre ride, he kills a bird just by throwing a rock at it and laughs at Kelsey's springlock death.
