Norman: He was an ambitious and overly obsessive man who chose work over his own son Harry Osborn. Even though he was callous toward him, he did show that he cared about him to a degree. He also liked Peter Parker, alias Spider-Man, as he saw him as the son he never had.

Goblin: He has a pronounced narcissistic personality disorder morbid with severe anti-social psychopathic traits and in some depictions, multiple-personality disorder.
