The leader of the rival bounty hunter organization Dark Blue. Evil has a huge ego, so whenever he loses a battle, he pretends it went that way on purpose. He’s not that much of a threat until having intentions of joining the Z Syndicate.


Voice direction: Evil’s voice bleeps are a high pitch. He’s very egotistical, so be sure to be very expressive. Evil is also the only character to have a voice clip, so feel free to match that.
