KARINA is a lead character in Terminal Velocity. She is a punkish transwoman who just recently married her wife, LENA. She’s tough as nails to strangers, but even a second of conversation would reveal that KARINA is a total sweetheart, and also great with kids, especially BEAR
Voice Desc.
Deeper and scratchier, as she has not been taking hormone medication for very long. Lots of dad jokes and sarcasm from this one.
KARINA IS A TRANS WOMAN. I WILL ONLY BE CASTING A TRANS WOMAN FOR THIS ROLE.
Note: 'Bear' is a child's nickname.
KARINA: (overdramatic, obviously pretending to have been beaten by BEAR.)
Augh, noooooo! I have been slaaaiinnn! (pause, dramatic tone is lost.) GG, little man.
[KARINA and BEAR exchange a fist bump.]
KARINA: (sarcastic)
Oh, good, I’ve been meaning to get back to him about finishing up his character sheet. He told me he wants to play a human fighter. Shocking.
Note: 'Les' is short for Leslie.
KARINA: (speaking loudly so she can be heard through the phone speaker)
