Description: Evelyn is the main focus of this short story. In her elder years, she suffers from Alzheimer's. During the story, she re-lives her life and recounts many forgotten pieces of her memory. As a child, Evelyn had her mother and father. It wasn’t until she was 17 when her mother passed away.
[Firmly]: Mom? Do I look like your mother to you?
[Defensive, crying lightly]: No! Don't give me some sympathetic "I'm sorry". You couldn't even remember my name! You have no right to come in here and tell me my song is shit a-aa-and (snaps), I'm just gg-gg-going to go. Ss-see you in E-e-english…
