This Character is apart of a Group known only as "Black Lotus" there a highly classified group in the ranks of the US Marines. There experts in stealth and elimination, legend has it that the members of this group were genetically enhanced super soldiers.

Background: Lexi Garver is a badass woman, she is known as the kitty 1-3 and don't let the name fool you. She earned the name for taking out a target's tongue at 1300 Meters......with a standard m16a4 iron sights.
