At first glance, Charlie is insolent, introverted, and threatening. Most people do not take the time to get to know Charlie and assume he is a jerk. However, those who take the time to get to know him will find his are loyal, and friendly to those he trusts but confident enough to speak his mind.
*note Although this role can be voiced by either males or females I am looking for a voice that’s in the male range. A male voice or a low to medium pitched female voice works.

You know not everything is about being smart! You have no abilities, you aren’t tough, and you’ve never actually been to school before. Most of the kids in this school without abilities are geniuses who become mages. You aren’t going to survive highschool so you might as well run back home now!

I don’t trust people. Trusting others is a double edged sword… most people are backstabbers. Take it from me don’t take things at face value and don’t trust anyone. Maybe that makes me a bit harsh but oh well. If people cant see past my exterior thats their problem.

Does he think he can just waltz in here and threaten me and my friends!? Nobody threatens them but me… Heh.. I’m going to send him on a one way ticket to hell.
