Sub-Zero is basiclly Frieza from Universe 8. He is like Frieza in everyway except he has some good in his heart and he has alot of honor. He also is significantlly stronger than Golden Frieza. In his third form he defeated the god of destruction from Universe 8. He also has access to Golden Form
