Thanks for the multiple takes it really gives me something to think on while we wait for more people to roll in! Share this project around so we can get to dubbing sooner than later

Shouldn't you cast people before asking them to Share a project?

All I can offer is advice and an opinion on what makes me want to Audition for a part. First: Make sure grammar and spelling is as correct as it can be. It sounds stupid but if you can't put the time and effort to get something right in the auditions, what's to say you'll put the effort in on a project. For the most part you've already got this. Two: Using the already existing cast, make a trailer. It's a great way to practice editing and voice acting as the cast characters. Also shows people that the project is a very real thing and does exist. If you can't produce a trailer just a couple minutes of the precast characters talking and interacting also has the same affect. Three: Be patient. Dumb yes but people filter on the deadline tab and the first page will always get more responses. The ones nearest the deadline tend to get a little more love in my opinion. Four: Make sure all the roles in the near episodes are on, no matter how small the role. For example Piccolo, Goten, Trunks, Buu, Satan, Videl, Beerus, Whis, etc. If they're already cast it might pay to add the role and immediately set the role to Cast to an off site actor. Five: Look at similar projects and see if the roles have been auditioned in those projects. If you hear someone you like, send them a Private message asking if they'd like to audition in your. Six: If you're really desperate to start, look at casting voices which might not sound exactly how you want them, but if the person behind it has lots of passion for the project. Someone you can depend on is more willing to grow and develop as an actor into the voice you want. Hope some if any of this helps, apologises if it sounds condescending, it certainly wasn't meant to.
