Vicki Vale in this is a reporter for the Gotham Globe and her and Bruce have this love interest together as it slowly builds throughout the film. I would Imagine her to not sound like she has a soft voice but rather sound Independent, strong minded, and would not be a very optimistic person and thinks logically. the best example I can think of is Gwen Stacy from the The Amazing Spider-Man movies.

  • "Mr. Wayne what are your thought on Gotham's rumors of alligators in the sewers".

  • " Bruce Wayne is asking me on a date?".

  • "Bruce, are you hiding something from me?".
