Just read the lines that start with "Va". Here is an example dialogue. 

How much do you charge for a cheat?

Va: Currently our publicly cheats run for $29.99 USD for 7 days.

Wait so you can only use the cheat for 7 days? Then what?

Va: then they have to pay more to keep using it.

Wow ok. I thought this was a single purchase. I didn’t realize this was like a subscription model. 

Va: yeah it has to be like that, because the game developers are always patching the way cheats work, so we need to find a new way to exploit the game. That continuous development costs money, and the only way for us to make money is to charge every week or month.
