August (17) is a naturally anxious mess and star student from Chicago. His academic excellence rewarded him with the skip of a grade level and lands an internship opportunity in Australia. This however means he’s faced with the demands of being a young adult sooner than he expected and often struggles to cope on his own.
His voice would be on the higher side, prone to subtle voice cracks (if able)
(Exhausted) “if I get my first fin chop before the end of today... you’re paying my medical!”
“everything’s just been going wrong ever since I got here... my campus dorms were overbooked, I can’t seem to talk to people at school, and I just lost 50 bucks to some guy at the fest!”
(Concerned/mocking) “Uuuh I don’t know how to drive yet. Especially on the left side... in case you “forgor” I’m not from here.
