Minerva is a non-binary character whose accent should be a natural punjabi with an inquisitive tone.  Is a bastion of information and knowledge, so they're prone to rattle off in run-on sentences.

This character is a nonbinary POC and thusly we will be prioritizing casting those who have that same life perspective!
